This enamel wire cutting and stripping machine can handle wires with a diameter of 0.7-3.0 mm.
It can also be used solely as a cutting unit, with a maximum wire cutting diameter of 2.5mm.
Three circular blades scrape paint in a 360-degree position, extending the blade's repeat life. Tungsten steel is long-lasting and can be ground and re-used.
Scraping speed: For 1.0mm enameled wire, the fastest speed is 25pcs/min. 1500pcs/h, and the slowest speed is 14pcs/min. 840pcs/h; for 1.2mm enameled wire, the fastest speed is 26pcs/min. 1560pcs/h, and the slowest speed is 15pcs/min. 900pcs/h.
