This coil taping system applies insulating tapes to inductance coils and copper coils for AC and DC generators and motors.
The tape tension and taping angle are regulated and managed by a high-tech electronic device in the taping head.
The intelligent anti-vibration device allows the roll to remain perfectly in place throughout the tape application, ensuring high quality performance.
Replace the insulating tapes: the old and new insulating tapes are bonded together on both sides.
The tightness of the taping is determined by the current mold. If you have a unique product, you'll need to customize the reel to fit the size of the item.
